In the center of your heart

As you look another person in the eyes

And feel vulnerable.

Opia can occur at any time, any place –

Whether with a perfect stranger,

Or someone you’ve known forever.

 

Each time it is like falling

Into the depths of another soul

While sharing your own.

And in that brief moment,

You don’t know quite

Who is who or which is which.
